Do you ship internationally?

Yes, with the exception of those nations that forbid sex toys or places with strange shipping limitations.

When will the order be shipped?

We typically require 24 hours to prepare your package, however, it might take up to 72h rarely.

How should I check my order information (e.g. shipping information)?

When you visit the Chimeroth website, log in to your account, examine your previous orders, and open the relevant order. The order page will display all order-related information.

I placed an order but now I want to cancel it. What do I do?
After placing your order, if you wish to cancel it, kindly get in touch with us.
To ensure that you receive the toy as soon as possible we prepare and ship your package within 24h.
Your order cannot be cancelled if we have already shipped your package before receiving your request.
Are your products made of body safe materials?
Yes! Medical and Platinum-cured silicone of the highest grade is used to create all Chimeroth toys. As long as they are cleaned and maintained correctly, these toys are durable, non-porous, and won’t harbour any bacteria.

Do you ship discreetly?
Of course! All orders are shipped in unmarked brown boxes with no information about the company you are ordering from or what you are ordering. We take customer privacy very seriously.
How should I clean my toys?

Good cleaning habits are the best way to preserve the product.

  • Clean the item thoroughly both before and after use. Prepare water, soap, or toy cleaner before cleaning. Soak the item in water, add the appropriate amount of soap or cleaner, let it soak completely, then wash it with water and wipe it dry.
  • Use water-based lubricants. Using a silicone lubricant on a silicone toy might break down the silicone’s structure causing it to become sticky or tacky.
  • You can store the product in the original factory bag while not using it to prevent the product from absorbing dust.

I just received my order and there is a problem. What do I do?
Due to the nature of the products we sell, we only accept returns on items that are defective.
If you find the product is damaged or defective within 2 days of receiving the package, please contact us via our Contact Form or our email at support@chimeroth.com . We will always do our best to resolve any problems or replace any defective product within 24 hours.
